What did you do before your current role as Production Supervisor?
I worked as a sales person for a tours and travel company.

Why do you feel your job is important?
I feel my job is important because I have learned a lot of skills and this has made me to do what I love to do. I've discovered a passion for this work.

What have you learned?
I have learned to be patient and work hard, and becoming one of the agriprocessing team members, I've learned to work as a team. 

Why is agriprocessing important?
It's important for the youth to go and acquire skills in value addition to be able to support themselves in the future.

What are your goals in the future?
I want to make money to be able to go back to school, and help and support support my family.
