Recipe Round Up - May Edition!

Ready for Round 2?

Our readers loved our first Blogger Recipe Round Up last month, so we thought - why not it monthly?!

Amazi plantain chips are super versatile. Thanks to our one-of-a-kind drying and roasting process, our chips pack a bold plantain flavor and hearty crunch, without crumbly or greasy residue. Their cracker-like density makes them perfect for dipping, dunking, or incorporating into healthy recipes.

A (gluten-free!) crunchy twist to any recipe...

Amazi can be the secret ingredient to crispy baked falafel!  And don't be afraid to add our chips to your main course in one of our favorites: Amazi Crusted Chicken Fingers... or coming later this week, a collaboration with Chups for an amazing salmon dish by Diana of Lust Local. Stay tuned, you won't want to miss it!

Don't take our word for it.

These plantain chips are the only ones I have found that are sustainably-sourced and not cooked in refined palm oil that’s destroying our ecosystem and rainforests... Compared to store-bought plantain chips fried in @#$% full of refined vegetable oils, these come baked in either coconut or olive oil. According to the unbiased feedback of my sister, these might have to be the best chips she has eaten.
