While we could fry or simply roast your chips in oil, we instead take the longer - but healthier - route: drying and small batch roasting.
Drying fruit is known to concentrate nutrients, retaining any nutritional value lost through exposure to high heat. By drying before roasting, we protect the integrity of the plantains in their most natural state so we can share the richness of Uganda's staple foods with you.
