Today, she's sharing how to whip up spicy-sweet crispy cauliflower, made with the crunchy kick of our Chili Spiced Plantain Chips!
Spicy-Sweet Crispy Cauliflower

-one head of cauliflower
-1/4 cup almond flour
-1 bag chili spiced Amäzi plantain chips
-2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce of choice
-3 tbsp raw honey
-3 tbsp olive oil
-juice of 1/2 an orange
Preheat oven to 350
1) in a food processor pulse Amäzi plantains and almond flour till desired crust texture is reached.
2) in a jar, shake together the oil, hot sauce, spices, orange juice and honey till combined to make the sauce.
3)break apart your washed head of cauliflower into desired sized and in a large bowl use hands to mix/ cover surface area of cauli with above sauce.
4) then add your almond flour- plantain crust to the dressed cauliflower. Reserve about 3 tbsp of crust for sprinkling later. Stir till evenly distributed and all branches are coated.
5) pour cauliflower into a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Halfway through, stir cauliflower and add reserved crust mix.
