Spicy Plantain Rolls

2 C of Amazi Chili Plantains
1 C of Almond Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Chili Powder
1. In a food processor, blend the plantain chips until they become like a flour.
2. Then add the Almond Flour, Salt, Baking Powder and Chili Powder until it is well mixed.
3. Roll into a biscuit shape roll and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy!
