Who doesn’t love Chocolate?! Well, we know some of you exist... but for the rest of us NORMAL people, our friend Marissa from @whole30_marissa shared these delicious Cinnamon Almond Butter Cups with us. Featuring our Cinnamon Spiced plantain chips, these bites have a natural sweetness that is sure to help you unwind this weekend.
Make these bad boys, and keep them frozen for a cooling treat or pop a few in your weekend getaway bag.
• 1/2 C of @amazifoods Cinnamon Plantains
• 1/2 C of Almond Butter
• 1/2 C of Dates
• 1/4 C of @sejoyia Chocolate Cocoa Thins (or other dark chocolate of your choice!)
—> Blend all of those ingredients (except chocolate) in a food processor and roll into small balls. Place in mini cupcake holders.
—> Melt 1/2 C of Unsweetened Chocolate and pour into each cupcake holder!
—> Freeze until hard and enjoy!

These cookies are packed with heart-healthy oats and tummy-taming papaya for a summery snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth without any belly aches or sugar comas.

1 Cup Oats
⅓ Cup All Purpose Flour
½ Tsp Cinnamon
½ Tsp Baking Powder
⅓ Cup Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Amazi Papaya Strips
Sprinkling of Shredded Coconut
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.
In a large bowl combine the oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
In a small pot melt butter over medium heat. Continue to cook until the butter solids pool at the bottom of the pan and begin to brown. Swirl while cooking and watch the butter carefully. Remove from the heat and pour into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add honey to the butter and mix until the honey is slightly melted. Add the egg. Blend the butter mixture.
Stir in some of the Amazi Papaya Strips, but leave some for topping.
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
Top with the remaining Papaya bites and some coconut flakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them because oven times vary.
