You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I have spent a chunk of time in Uganda over the last decade or so, and jackfruit has become my all time favorite food. But it's so hard to find good jackfruit here in the states. Amazi delivers absolute gold. Pretty confident I could eat this six pack in one sitting. 🤤
Also, there was a mix up with my order. Renee responded to my email and fixed it promptly. Plus I ended up with extra goodies. It doesn't get much better.
These jackfruit chews are delicious and, for about the same amount of calories as bag of chips, I got snack that lasts all afternoon. And without all of the additives and processing! I couldn't recommend these more.
Grossly overpriced, but otherwise tasty. You get very little product for a price of $6 per bag. Good cause but at that price you are unlikely to get frequent orders. Company growth is likely to suffer possibly resulting in the demise of your company. You may want to revisit your pricing strategy.
Yummy! And a variety pack is a great gift!
Bought the sample box on my second purchase and I can tell you that I will be coming back. It is delicious and I love the different flavors. For me the hard part was to put it down and when I do my husband comes around and finishes the bag for me. Love it!

This is my fave Amazi product, which days a lot because they’re all AMAZI-big! Fr tho, this snack sparks joy and makes me feel like I’m on a sunny beach in Hawaii hanging with the sea turtles. 10/10 recommend
I loved it! I love there is no added sugar and it is easy to keep in my bag for a snack in the day. I need to try the other flavors.
I have ordered this so many times now, it's a regular purchase for me. SOOO GOOOOD! I make sure i have one on me when i walk out the door for a healthy booster running errands, long trips, etc. every time! I even grab them while at home if I feel "peckish" and keeps me on track eating healthy. Thank you for such a delicious handy real whole food treat!
Well, they are not what I hoped for. However, they have a nice crunch and are fresh. They are okay in flavor, but not something i get excited about. I was hoping to love it as much as the dried pineapple.
