Sweet and Spicy Crispy Cauliflower
Cauliflower seems to be taking the world by storm these days. I mean, what CAN'T cauliflower do?! Pizza, tortillas, gnocchi.... we knew Amazi had to get in on the fun. 
Thankfully, the amazing Hallie of @spinachdaddy was one step ahead of us, and came up with this delicious recipe for Sweet and Spicy Crispy Cauliflower Bites, using our very own Chili Plantain Chips. 
Follow this simple recipe below for a delicious snack or side dish to any meal!
Spicy-sweet crispy Cauliflower 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
-one head of cauliflower
-1/4 cup almond flour
-salt
-pepper
-cumin
-cayenne pepper 
-garlic powder
-2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce of choice
-3 tbsp raw honey
-3 tbsp olive oil
-juice of 1/2 an orange 
Directions:
1) in a food processor pulse Amäzi plantains and almond flour till desired crust texture is reached. 
2) in a jar, shake together the oil, hot sauce, spices, orange juice and honey till combined to make the sauce. 

3)break apart your washed head of cauliflower into desired sized and in a large bowl use hands to mix/ cover surface area of cauli with above sauce. 
4) then add your almond flour- plantain crust to the dressed cauliflower. Reserve about 3 tbsp of crust for sprinkling later. Stir till evenly distributed and all branches are coated. 
5) pour cauliflower into a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Halfway through, stir cauliflower and add reserved crust mix. 
6)enjoy!!
