A snack that is as equally tasty as it is healthy. Highlighting the unique flavor of jackfruit, these chewy bites taste like a cross between apple, banana, mango, and pineapple, packed with antioxidants and fiber.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The jackfruit was good, but the plantains were amazing! They are sweet, crunchy and addictive! What really impressed me was the customer service though. I received the wrong item initially. It was right before Christmas and the box was mislabeled, so an easy mistake. I sent an e-mail about the wrong item on a Saturday evening and didn't expect a reply until the following week. I had a response within a few hours thanking me for my order, apologizing for the mistake and promising the correct item would be mailed ASAP. The next day, Sunday, I had another e-mail stating the correct item would be mailed the next morning. Absolutely amazing!
I have been looking for light, healthy snacks to help fuel me during the day summer workouts and these are the trick! The fact that they are a socially responsible company makes me love them even more.

I have tried to like jack fruit before, as many cultures like it and it has health benefits. Amazi's jack fruit works for me! I got the chili lime in my Imperfect box, and am now ordering the variety pack including the additional jack fruit flavors, and I'm looking forward to trying the plantain chip flavors. Grossly overpriced, but otherwise tasty. You get very little product for a price of $6 per bag. Good cause but at that price you are unlikely to get frequent orders. Company growth is likely to suffer possibly resulting in the demise of your company. You may want to revisit your pricing strategy.

These are SO good (addicting!), and so much healthier than basically any other plantain chip I've ever seen. I just wish they were less expensive!
