Goat Cheese + Jackfruit "Bruschetta"

Out of ideas for Rosh Hashanah night hosting? or just want to feel decadent on a Monday? 🤩 Try this simple appetizer idea to bring some richness and sweetness to your meal!

Goat Cheese + Jackfruit "Bruschetta"

1 baguette sliced into 1/2 slices
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Coarse black pepper
1 clove garlic
6 oz goat cheese
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1-2 Fuji apples
1/4 cup jackfruit chews (we LOVE the chili lime for this!)
Arils from 1 pomegranate
Honey

Preheat oven to boiler setting
Drizzle baguette with olive oil, salt, pepper, cook in the boiler for one minute on each side
Meanwhile, slice apples
Upon pulling from oven, rub garlic over baguette slices
Allow to cool briefly
Spread goat cheese
Top with red pepper, arils, apple, and jackfruit chews
