Chocoholic Sundae: Amazi Foods x Snow Monkey x Kween and Co


  • 2 scoops (or more...) Snow Monkey Chocolate plant-based ice cream
  • A handful of Amazi cocoa plantain chips (because there's no such thing as too much crunch!)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Kween and Co chocolate granola butter

  1. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl (don't be afraid to be generous here)
  2. Top with the plantain chips and shredded coconut.
  3. Drizzle with the chocolate granola butter (pro tip: if you are patient enough to wait 2 minutes, the granola butter will harden like a magic shell!)
