We're taking a page out of her book and keeping it POSITIVE this Wednesday with these POSITIVELY DELICIOUS Crinkle Cookies. Sure to also bring a crinkle to your cute little nose πβ
Chocolate Cashew Crinkle Cookiesβ
~ inspired by @lexiliveswell chocolate fudge oat cookies πβ
1 1/2 C of Almond Flourβ
1 C of our Salted Coconut Oil Plantainsβ
1/4 C of Cocoa Powderβ
1 tsp of Baking Powderβ
1/4 C of Creamy Cashew Butterβ
1/4 C of Organic Cane Sugarβ
1 Eggβ
2 Tbsps of Almond Milkβ
1 tsp of Vanilla Extractβ

1. In a food processor, blend together the plantains and almond flour until the plantains become fine like the flour.β
2. Add in all other ingredients and blend until your cookie dough forms.β
3. Roll dough into cookies and place on your baking sheet. Drizzle with more cashew butter and sprinkle sea salt (optional).β
4. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. They should come out Fudgy with a cashew crinkle on top βπΌβ
