Sounds impossible, but seemingly Marissa of @marissaswholelife has cracked the code with these No-Bake Crunchy Cinnamon-y Nut Bars using our Cinnamon Spiced Plantain Chips.
Try this simple yet decadent recipe for yourself!
2 C of Cinnamon Amazi Plantains
1 C of Almond Butter
1/4 C of Honey
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well mixed.
2. Press batter into a brownie pan lined with parchment paper and top with more plantains.
3. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
4. Cut into squares and enjoy
