You probably have all the ingredients on hand, and we got you with the Cinnamon Plantain crunchy topping...
1. Slice 3 bananas into a ziplock baggie and freeze. Add bananas to food processor and pulse until the bananas become smooth like soft serve.
2. Add the following ingredients: 1 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh), 1/4 cup of oat milk, 1 T vanilla and 2 T maple syrup.
3. Pulse for a few seconds and then put in the freezer to set. When it’s ready, serve with your favorite toppings.
